Initiate Your Request
Log into your Xtra account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were originally provided to ensure a valid return.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team inspects the device and confirms its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
